The Elisa ICT Day 2023 expert seminar brought together trendsetters and experts in the ICT industry both live and virtually. The goal was to offer a first-class event experience to the target group and strengthen the company’s image as a pioneer in the field.
We created a hybrid event in Pikku-Finlandia that resonates strongly with digitality and the brand and brought the same program and partner content to the virtual platform. In addition, we built an exhibition area at the venue, where event visitors met and event partners presented services at their stands. The event was streamed in its entirety, and partner content with networking opportunities could also be found on the platform.
We help in achieving the goals of the event through comprehensive marketing. The communication plan ensured the event’s communication was attractive and reached the right target group. We also pre-produced the event’s invitation video and social media content. Also, the event was photographed for post-marketing, and a spectacular after-movie was made.
