The Lindström Growth Forum is an annual event for senior management with the Group’s management and key personnel from Europe and Asia. We implemented the 2021 Virtual Growth Forum in a studio built for the Kaapelitehdas. During the two-day event planned around the Journey to the Future theme, people travelled smoothly through different domains, winged by diverse and inclusive content. The travel theme was in the visual look, in the motion graphics of the screen, and in the audiovisual material. In the virtual implementation, working together was emphasized through speed networking tools and facilitated small group discussions.
