The event strengthens the brand experience
Stockmann wanted to organize a Fall Fashion Shopping Night event in the Helsinki department store for its gold and platinum-level members. The goal was to inspire customers by creating stylish and inspiring evening shopping, focusing on autumn fashion and home decoration. We planned and implemented a surprise program for the event on different department store floors. The corridors were filled with chatter and happy encounters. An experiential sales event can create a positive brand experience, engage customers, and encourage purchases. The event reached the set sales goals.
