The experiential Sanoma Media Kick-Off brought together 440 participants at the Helsinki Opera House. The objective was to inspire the personnel, strengthen team spirit and implement the strategy through the ”Performance is Our Game” concept.
The program was inspired by the sports-themed ”Sanoma United” concept, which was reflected in the visual identity, hosting and interactive elements. Participants were welcomed along a blue carpet cheered on by cheerleaders and everyone received personalized player cards with their own number and position. Energetic hosts, impactful speeches and collective activations reinforced the game-day atmosphere and kept the audience closely engaged throughout the event.
At the end of the day, Sanoma United buses transported the teams to the victory celebrations at Cafe Carusel to enjoy dinner and a relaxed evening program with fun games. The atmosphere was inspiring and energetic — much like a team celebrating a victory together.
