Event agency Sisters executed Oriflame’s Valentine’s Day kick-off event, which brought together nearly 300 beauty entrepreneurs. The goal was to engage participants, encourage them to believe in their goals, and provide concrete tools and energy for sales work. Sisters responded to this by creating the Manifesto of Success overarching concept, which expanded the traditional kick-off into a profound and empowering journey toward one’s own potential.
We met the objective by building a program where theory and practice met: expert speeches were followed by engaging manifestation workshops and the creation of vision boards. At the core was the idea that success is built on attitude, belief, and the courage to strive for more: when internal certainty meets action, visions begin to turn into reality.
The concept created by Sisters did not only inspire but gave entrepreneurs the courage to harness their own mindset as an engine for success. At the same time, it provided the keys to harnessing internal self-confidence and building a strong personal brand.
The concept’s cohesive visual identity and photogenic elements carried seamlessly from the inspiring day to the Old Hollywood-themed evening gala. The solution turned strategic messages into shareable experiences, which also generated organic social media visibility for the brand.
