Wihuri opened a new food warehouse, Metro-tukku Konepaja, in Vallila, Helsinki, catering to restaurant and HoReCa customers. The splendid flagship store was celebrated with a two-day grand opening event targeting various audiences. The goal was to create a comprehensive guest experience like in restaurants.
We executed the grand opening boldly and experientially within the confines of the food warehouse, emphasizing first-class food, beverages, and human interactions in a unique environment. Head Chef Hans Välimäki and his team conveyed a passion for food and the high-quality ingredients of the warehouse through delicious cocktail bites to guests. We introduced experiential solutions to the service and created an atmosphere with festive yet casual settings through lighting and decor, complemented by live music to enhance the overall experience.
