Fujitsu’s 90th anniversary was celebrated with a spectacular customer event for over a hundred guests. The goal was to reinvent the traditional customer event formula and create a warm, experiential journey where the company’s long history and innovative future meet.
The event was built around a modern Japanese theme we designed, which elegantly honored Fujitsu’s roots. A cohesive experience was crafted through thoughtful details: hand-folded origami invitations, a polished visual identity, engaging programming, and sophisticated culinary experiences.
A clear and visually striking demo area implemented in the event space brought the partners’ latest solutions close to the guests. The quantum computer on display drew particular interest, even crossing the news threshold and being featured on a well-known Finnish news channel, MTV News.
Experiential elements and a solution-oriented approach went seamlessly hand in hand throughout the event. The result was a communicative and commercial success: strong pre-marketing sparked exceptional interest, and the event itself generated not only new business opportunities but also significant media attention on a national level.
The high-quality execution and sophisticated atmosphere were directly felt by the participants: the event received an excellent rating of 4.75 / 5!
