These thoughts encapsulated Deloitte’s 2025 flagship event, Summit: Infinite Growth. Hype Arena in Kivenlahti, Espoo, was transformed into a space-themed stage, offering the personnel a fresh experience and an invitation to a collective journey toward new dimensions.
We created a comprehensive concept that was visible throughout the venue, from floor to ceiling, as an impactful audiovisual execution. Meaningful storytelling was woven through the program, from the “Big Bang” opening to the late hours of the night.
The daytime agenda alternated between themes representing the essential ingredients for growth. Impactful speeches ranging from the growth mindset to creativity provided inspiration, but the true energy was generated through collective action: the engaging Galactic Quest board game and experiences utilizing modern technology activated the participants.
Stunning visual elements, screen materials, and a physical soundscape brought the space theme to life, making the experience holistic and powerful.
As evening fell, the space filled with celebratory energy. The professional content made way for light art, awards, and music, leading guests into a new atmosphere. The night culminated in a performance by one of Finland’s top acts, KUUMAA, who sent the crowd into a frenzy of dancing and singing.
The entity did not only entertain; it strengthened the community spirit and left participants with a powerful memory of a successful event. It garnered excellent reviews from both the participants and Deloitte’s event team!
