The Light Of Wellbeing – Exploration
We created a strong concept that concretized our customers’ content messages for their staff. The concept provided a framework that utilized gamification and brought Deloitte’s global organization departments closer to each other. This way, the strategy could be communicated to the employees in an interesting and creative manner – they learnt the key themes faster and could keep the goals in mind more firmly. Using experiences and emotions, the concept broadened the mindsets among the employees across customer’s departments , and it enhanced the team spirit and encouraged every participant to throw themselves in while learning something new from each other at the same time.
