The joy, knowledge, and culture of winning conveyed at Ärräpäivät
Ärräpäivät, organized by R-Kioski, is a grand event that gathers franchisees and kiosk managers from all around Finland to draw inspiration, undergo training, and network with each other, top-tier brands, and partners. The event aims to boost the enthusiasm and skills of the retailers while reinforcing the company’s culture and sense of community.
Two days brimming with activities
We brought Ärräpäivät to life under the theme “Asiakas on ykkönen” (“Customer comes first”) at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre. This two-day event featured a diverse range of content: opening ceremonies, regional meetings, seminars, evening galas, and more. Additionally, Ärräpäivät included an exhibition by suppliers and service providers, comprising 40 unique booths.
We meticulously designed the event with visually clear and logistically efficient frameworks that supported the goals of fostering community spirit, instilling the winning culture among Ärräläiset (R-Kioski employees), and enabling cheerful interactions between retailers and partners. We constructed the platform and crafted a script for the grand event, ensuring the smooth execution of three distinct segments, with a paramount focus on delivering a top-notch participant experience.
